This is the second year my family rents in this community. The check in is smooth. The condo is always exceptional. Having a pool and a hot tub for ourselves is always high on my kids list. Heb is close. We avoid the traffic on the causeway. But it’s close enough to hop on over to the beach and for dinner. We can see the fireworks on the island from the house. The host was more the generous with trash bags and toilet paper. We were prepared to take extra since we were a large family. We grilled without any problems. The house is so big that we were 17 and still had plenty of space. The management is always textbook ng to see if everything is ok.

Property is extremely well designed for larger families and we loved the large interior and huge outdoor spaces, especially the pool/hot tub combo. Having the grill was great as well, as we have several of us who can throw down. Hope to return again soon.
